Ex-flatmates.....grr!

Problems with my first flatmate. Not gonna go into it in detail here but let's just say we're having a disagreement over stuff she left behind when she swanned off to Ireland. Fortunately the landlord's coming down on my side.

Still, on a happier note, things are going pretty well in the new flat. It's still kinda cluttered but my oh-so-brilliant dad wnet and got me a DVD player so I'll be able to sell off most of my videos and replace them with DVDs so that's gonna save on so much space!

Don't think the Mercat karaoke is gonna be on for a little while. Last night the Mercat gave the basement over to a private function. They don't ususally do that but considering it's the festive season they might have started to make exceptions.

Visited friends of Ollie's last night who have recently become parents although the baby was asleep when we got there so we didn't get to see her. :-( Got photos from the time we went to visit just after the baby was born. Very cute!!!!

Anyway, gotta go. I need to get a new extension lead so that I can plug in and use my DVD player!!!
