Well after months of rehearsals and 10 performances.....

it's all over. *sniff* The day after a final show and aftershow party always feels like such an anti-climax. Last night was incredible. We all went out and gave it everything we had. The audience all stood up at the bows - I don't think we've ever got a standing ovation like it before. A lot of us got really teared up and I really couldn't keep it together when the owners of the dog we had playing Sandy said goodbye on the dog's behalf. The dog was so cute and such a fantastic nature. The kids were great too and really gonna miss them weirdly enough. The 2 girls who played Molly were just cuteness personified.

The aftershow party was great fun. Stayed relatively sober funnily enough and Ollie and I had a fantastic dance to Michael Bublé's version of "Crazy Little Thing Called Love". Kinda doing this cross between jiving and swing dancing which I've not done in a while and it was great fun!

Now it's back to normality and the drudgery of adminstrative work. There's only a few weeks of rest though and rehearsals start up for the concert in May. Looking forward to that, it's going to be a Big Band concert and I love that style of music so it'll be fun.

Might have been slow on the uptake about this but I got really excited when I found out it's only a week on Thursday until the new series of 24 starts on Sky One. Jack's back! Woo-hoo!
