Sorry that it's been a while

I've been fairly busy - spent last Saturday at the cinema. Saw Clockstoppers and xXx. Both pretty good films in the fun, no-brainer kinda way.

Spent the best part of Monday and Tuesday throwing up and generally feeling crappy. The doctor reckoned I caught a bug from something I'd eaten. Dad came round to visit and brought food and some other supplies which was nice.

Thursday night was big corporate event for the company I work for. It's their 10th anniversary this year and so they had a party at the Hub. I manage to impress with my hostessing skills and all my workmates seemed to think Ollie was very charming so I think I earned myself some brownie points. Hopefully that'll translate to a slightly bigger salary increase than just enough for cost of living.

Last night was soooo much fun! Went to see the Rocky Horror Show. I went dressed as Janet, meaning I was wearing just a bra and underskirt. I changed into the 'costume' at the theatre but I didn't get changed afterwards so walked into the Mercat still in costume. I had borrowed the lab coat Ollie had so I wasn't just in underwear but it's not something I'd ever repeat as the attention I got wasn't at all good but nevertheless it was still fun to do! Slightly disappointed that Jonathan Wilkes wasn't playing Frank 'N Furter but the understudy was fantastic so that almost made up for it. I would have liked to have seen him and met him again but it was obviously not meant to be.
